Terms and Conditions – My Love Films Wedding Videography and Photography Services
1. Booking and Deposit
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from the total cost but is not refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is due prior to the event date.
2. Payment Terms
All prices are subject to a 16% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by Mexican law. Payments made via credit card will incur an additional 5.5 % processing fee to cover transaction costs. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your contract.
3. Delivery of Photos and Videos
Final edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within a maximum of 99 days from the event date. Delivery timelines may vary based on workload and editing requirements, and we strive to provide high-quality results within this period. Clients will be notified upon completion and provided with access to their files.
4. Additional Expenses
The quoted price for services does not include vendor fees, travel expenses, or hotel day passes. These costs will be calculated separately based on the event location and requirements, and clients will be informed in advance. Travel expenses may include transportation, accommodation, and other related costs.
5. Ownership and Usage
My Love Films retains copyright of all photos and videos until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients are granted personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes. Written consent is required for any promotional use of images or videos by My Love Films.
6. Cancellations and Liability
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable. My Love Films is not liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness), and a force majeure clause applies. Any damages or issues beyond our control will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Agreement
